    Our short stay was amazing! The surprise play tent for our son was such a nice touch, and breakfast was extensive and delicious. The room view, however, was disappointing as it overlooked a parking garage.

    It was a real good stay with three nights in this hotel. The restaurant was very nice for breakfast, I tried amazing dishes. The roof top bar was amazing, truly enjoyed this place.

    It has perfect location 0.5 km away from the airport. The staff are competent and knowledgeable, we greatly enjoyed them. The mandarin king room is exquisite and has a private safe, a mini-bar, and central heating.

    The front desk staff provided excellent service. Jennifer, the manager, ensured our needs were met. The surprise play tent for my son showed really good attention to detail. Breakfast was varied and satisfying.

    The location, while charming, could benefit from clearer directions upon arrival.

    I loved that many of Munich's best attractions were just a quick walk away, including the amazing Church of Our Lady, only 15 minutes on foot, and the serene Deutsche Museum, located just about 1 kilometer from the hotel. Plus, the hotel staff were friendly, just like the warm welcome I received from Dominic and Tobias every time I passed through reception.

    Everything was perfect. The room, the comfort of the bed, the bathroom was gorgeous. Food was delicious. The staff brilliant and super efficient. Would recommend this hotel to anyone and will definitely stay there again.

    Friendly and considerate. I was upgraded to a different floor because they were afraid the room I originally assigned was surrounded by family with children and may be noisy.
